Southbend® Remote Condenser Freezer Bases are engineered for exceptional performance and durability in high-demand kitchen settings. Crafted from premium stainless steel, these freezer bases are available in various sizes and are designed to support modular sectional range tops. Featuring heavy-duty, self-closing drawers that glide effortlessly on stainless steel rollers, they provide ample storage for standard 12” x 20” x 4” pans (pans not included). The environmentally friendly, CFC-free refrigeration system with an expansion valve delivers quick temperature recovery to keep your ingredients frozen at optimal levels.
Built for efficiency and reliability, these freezer bases are insulated with foamed-in-place CFC-free polyurethane for superior temperature retention. The robust stainless steel construction, from the exterior to the interior cavity, ensures durability and ease of cleaning. Additional features include rubber magnetic door gaskets for a secure seal, a removable door assembly for easy maintenance, and 6” adjustable stainless steel legs for stability. Compliant with Standard #7, the unit has coved interior corners for easy cleaning. It also includes a condensate drain, electric condensate evaporator pan, and an adjustable digital thermostat for precise temperature control. Backed by a 2-year warranty on operational parts, 5 years on the compressor, and 1 year on labor, this freezer base is a reliable addition to any commercial kitchen.
