With a 37” high cooking top and a 36” wide frame, this range is built to deliver exceptional performance and durability. Its stainless steel front and sides ensure long-lasting use and easy cleaning, while the 4” stainless steel front rail adds a touch of functionality and style. Safety is a priority with a front-located manual gas shut-off valve and a factory-installed regulator for consistent gas pressure. The range features a standing pilot system for open top burners and a battery spark ignition for oven bases, ensuring reliable and efficient operation.
This model includes a 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 6), which combines (2) Pyromax burners in the rear and (3) star 33K burners in the front, providing a versatile heat range suitable for various cooking techniques. The Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) base offers sturdy support and additional storage space, with optional no-charge doors that open from the center for easy access. Designed for heavy-duty use, this range is an essential addition to any commercial kitchen, delivering both performance and convenience for chefs and culinary professionals.
