The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60" Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the needs of professional kitchens. With a 60-3/4" wide cooking surface and a 37" high cooking top, this range provides a spacious and efficient work area, perfect for preparing large quantities of food. Its stainless steel front, sides, and 4-inch front rail ensure durability and easy maintenance, making it a reliable choice for busy, high-demand environments.
This model features two patented, one-piece cast iron burners, each delivering a powerful 33,000 BTUs. These non-clog burners are engineered for lifetime use, offering consistent heat and reliability with minimal maintenance. The range is also equipped with a standing pilot system for the open top burners, and a factory-installed gas regulator to ensure smooth and efficient gas flow. For added safety and convenience, the manual gas shut-off valve is located at the front of the unit for quick access.
