This range is made of superior parts intended to make the unit work great year after year. Its individual cast iron grate tops are removable and sit above a detachable one-piece crumb drawer. The griddle plate is made of smooth polished 1/2 inch steel and features raised sides. This construction makes the plate easy to clean and incredibly durable.
