The 8713S has been specially reconstructed to exceed the expectations of the latest NSF/ANSI standards for safety, sanitation, and performance, and the automatic carriage design allows the slicer to be run with or without an operator. Outfitted with a suite of features to make your daily slicing a simpler, safer task, the 8713M slicer is built to offer years of reliable, consistent use.
