The robust gear train powers both the beater head and PTO shafts, making it a versatile and durable choice for commercial kitchens. Included with the mixer is a two-piece, stainless steel removable Swing Ring Safety Guard, a heavy-drawn stainless steel bowl, dough hook, #12 PTO, power bowl lift, and a bowl scraper for added convenience.
