Hot Holding Banquet Carts are a wonderful way to expedite a towering job with potential to be severely time-consuming. Hot meals need to be served quickly, even if dozens of them are being served at once. This cart speeds up the process while simultaneously keeping your food warm until it arrives. This unit's capacity is 96 plates. It can hold stacks of covered plates, covered or uncovered plate carriers, and trays for banquet service. Four chrome plated wire shelves come standard with this cart, and more shelves can be purchased if desired. The exterior of the cart is easily cleaned stainless steel. The temperature, which is thermostatically controlled, has a range of 60 to 200F. It can be adjusted with the up-and-down arrows on the cart. There's also an ON/OFF switch on the cart. Delivering your meals is simplified by the easy steering of the cart. There are two convenient transport handles on both sides of the cart for this. There are also four casters, two rigid and two swivel-type with locking brakes. A bumper around the bottom of the unit brings peace of mind, as you know you aren't bouncing off walls, damaging property and meals. The Dutch door comes standard with a right-hand swing, but is optionally available with the opposite. Please specify your desired voltage. (120v, 208-240v, 230v)
