ThisLow Temperature Hot Holding Cabinet serves a dual purpose, because in addition to keeping foods warm and fresh, it's a bread proofer. The Halo Heat is motionless, and provides even heat without mixing the flavors of the foods. The aluminum exterior and 20 gauge stainless steel interior features window doors and a reach-in. The doors are also vented, and this keeps the texture of crispy foods intact. The interior is also stainless steel, and therefore corrosion-resistant. This two compartment piece has separate thermostatic controls for allowing two different functions at a time. Each compartment has its own power switch, heat indicator light, thermostatic control , and digital temperature display. Up and down arrows make changing temperatures simple. It rests on 5 inch casters, two of them rigid, and two swivel with a brake.
