If you've got a self-service counter with a sneeze guard and overhead lighting, or a prep table for plating hot foods, they you have all that you need for adding a 6-3/8 inch deep stainless steel electric drop-in Halo Heat Hot Food Well Unit with a large flange to your restaurant. It holds two 12 inch x 20 inch full size pans, which aren't included. It's also thermostatically controlled with a setting range from 1 to 10, and a heat indicator light. The control is attached to the well by a flexible water-tight 36 inch tether, and can be flush-mounted to the counter-top. Water isn't added to the well, so no drain is needed. Also, the build-up of lime and scale is thwarted. Even steam burns are prevented. The unit is created from the genius of EcoSmart technology, so it's a careful consumer of energy which treats the planet as kindly as it treats your cooking.
