Adding the quality and results of an Alto-Shaam to your dining room doesn't have to mean adding a large piece of equipment. An electric drop-in Halo Heat Hot Food Well Unit with a large flange can be added to any existing set-up with a sneeze guard and overhead light, or to any prep table for plating hot foods. Here's a unit which is fully built of stainless steel and has room for three 12 inch x 20 inch full size pans. It's 6-3/8 inch deep, and holds 6 inch deep pans. (The pans aren't included.) No water is required, so you don't need a drain either. Plus, lime and scale build-up, such as you have with steam tables, are prevented. It's thermostatically controlled, with a setting range of 1 to 10 and a heat indicator light. The control can be remotely mounted to a wall or flush mounted to the counter. You also remove the risk of steam burns, and you get the beautiful and delicious foods which are being protected by Halo Heat. Having been built with EcoSmart technology, it's a wise and practical choice for your restaurant.
