This one section, two drawerPizza Prep Table is entirely made of stainless steel andhas a 9 cubic feet capacity. The exterior is formed of 430 stainless steel and and the interior, pan lid, hood, and work top are all 304 stainless steel. The refrigeration system ismounted in a removable side panel, and the condenser coil is also removable for cleaning. It uses R-134A refrigerant. The air defrost is temperature initiated and terminated to ensure that the table is always at the perfect operating temperature. The drawers have rounded corners and recessed handles. A full-size pan or four one-quarter sized pans fit in each drawer. A snap-in magnetic gasket keeps them air tight and can also be removed for cleaning. Insulation for them is 2.5 inch of polyurethane foam. Perimeter heaters eliminate the build-up of condensation. The metal bearing slides are low friction for easier opening and closing. The stainless steel prep area also has 1/2 inch of the same insulation, and the heating for condensation prevention. The sanitary cutting board is 1/4"Deep. It's also removable and adjustable. Four one-third size sanitary PVC pans are included as well. The temperature range of 33 to 41F is set by push button. A digital display keeps you aware of it at all times, and a microchip monitors its accuracy. The unit sits on casters, with locking brakes on the two in front.
