Everest EPPSR2 - Pizza Prep Table, two-section, 59-1/8"W, (7) pans, (2) solid doors

Pizza Prep Tables are where the magic happens at your favorite pizza restaurant. Here's one that's 6 feet wide with 15 cubic feet of capacity. Fully built of stainless steel, the exterior is 430 grade and the interior, pan lids, hood and work surface are all 304 grade. Two and a half inches of polyurethane insulation surround the unit. The refrigeration is self-contained, and found inside a removable side panel. The condenser coil is removable as well, for simpler and more complete cleaning. The refrigerant used is R-134A. There's also an air defrost feature which is initiated and terminated on temperature. Perimeter heaters around the doors prevent the build-up of condensation. Snap-in magnetic gaskets can be removed for cleaning. The corners of the doors are rounded, and their handles are recessed. Each section has 2 epoxy coated shelves, and there's safety-shielded interior lighting. The prep area is also insulated, with 1/2 inch polyurethane. It comes with a sanitary cutting board that's 1/4"Deep, and 7 sanitary one-third size PVC pans. The cutting board is removable and adjustable, and the pans are covered by a pan lid. A temperature range between 33 and 41F is controlled by push buttons. Its accuracy is monitored by a microchip and a digital display is provided make a temperature reading visible.
