Everest ESGR2 Reach-In Refrigerator
Reach-In Refrigerators with glass doors are ideal when you're in a rush to find ingredients, because you can see what's inside on your approach to the refrigerator. This two-section unit with two glass doors would also make an excellent bakery refrigerator. Both its interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, and there's 2.5 inch of polyurethane insulation added to sustain the cold temperatures of your products. The self-contained condenser is located on the top of the refrigerator, and uses R-134A refrigerant. An air defrost function is timed, and can be set to operate every 3 to 12 hours. The cycles are both time and temperature terminated, so you can be certain that cooling will re-start appropriately. Self-closing doors have gray PVC frames and double-pane glass with a clear layer of thermal insulation between the panes. A snap-in magnetic gasket can be removed or cleaned easily. A perimeter frame heater has been added to prevent the build-up of condensation on the door. On the 2013 models, the doors are field reversible. Six epoxy coated wire shelves come standard with the unit. The vertical LED interior lighting is safety-shielded so that bumps won't become breaks. Push buttons are added to set and adjust the temperature range of 33-41 degrees Fahrenheit. A microchip monitors the temperature for accuracy. You can check the internal temperature for yourself on the digital display. The refrigerator is placed on four casters, with the two in front having locking brakes. Everest defends the integrity of this product with a 3 year warranty on parts & labor, 5 year warranty on electrical components, and 10 year warranty on the compressor.
