The condenser in this self-contained unit is back-mounted and slides out easily for cleaning. This unit is front-vented, so it needs zero clearance, which means it can be built-in to the counter-top. The refrigerant used is R-134A. An electrically timed air defrost keeps it in its best working condition for sustaining its temperature range of 33-41F, which is set by an analog thermostat. The drawers have rounded corners and recessed handles. A snap-in magnetic gasket keeps the drawers air tight. Perimeter heaters help to fight condensation. The drawer frames and pan dividers are made of stainless steel just like the rest of the unit. Pans aren't included. Low friction slide bearings simplify opening and closing. Support for this product comes from 4 inch casters. The front 2 casters have locking brakes.
