Everest ETF2 Undercounter Freezer
When you work in a restaurant kitchen, you learn to multi-task, even if you're an Undercounter Freezer. This two-section unit has 13 cubic feet of storage space and a 16 gauge stainless steel work surface top. Built of stainless steel with 2.5 inch of polyurethane insulation, it's rugged, easily cleaned, and ice-cold! The self-contained refrigeration is housed in a removable side panel, and the condenser slides out so it can be cleaned and maintained. R-404A refrigerant is used with this system. An air defrost is timed, and can be scheduled to operate every 3 to 12 hours, as is convenient to you. It's time and temperature terminated to ensure that your freezer properly defrosts, and then restarts promptly. The doors have rounded corners and recessed handles. They're also self-closing, and have frame heaters which prevent the formation of condensation. Two epoxy coated wire shelves are supplied for each section, so there are four shelves. The interior lighting is safety-shielded. A temperature range of -10 to 32F is controlled by push buttons and monitored by a microchip. You can assure yourself of the proper internal temperature with a quick glance at the digital display. The unit rests on four casters, with the two in front having locking brakes. Everest backs the integrity of this product with a 3 year warranty on parts & labor, 5 year warranty on electrical components, and 10 year warranty on the compressor..
