It measures 48-5/8 wide with a 37 high cooking surface, and features a sleek and functional design including a 4 stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and side panels for added durability and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator ensure operational safety and easy maintenance.
This model includes a Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4), equipped with four high-performance star/saut19 burners in the front and four powerful 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear. This layout provides maximum cooking flexibility, allowing chefs to handle a variety of tasks simultaneouslyfrom high-heat saut19ing to consistent boiling and simmering. Standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases ensure quick and reliable ignition every time.
