This heavy-duty griddle was made specifically with the food service industry in mind. Powerful enough to handle a constant onslaught of burgers, bacon, and cheese steaks, this counter griddle is perfect for restaurants owners who need a griddle they can trust during their shop's rush hours. This unit's 18 inch wide and 1 inch thick polish rolled steel griddle plate distributes heat uniformly across the entire area, preventing cold spots from developing.
ThisHDG-18-M Southbend manual griddle operates off of 30,000 BTU of natural gas or liquid propane and it's one of the more energy-efficient heavy-duty griddles available today. This is possible due to its reinforced, insulated double wall sides, which don't leak heat and which keep the unit from denting or staining or developing rust. This counter griddle is CSA- and NSF-Approved
