Install theHDG-36-M Southbend Gas Griddle in a breakneck kitchen and you'll give it the chance to flaunt its supreme frying prowess. The 1 inch thick polished steel griddle plate is as thick as your index finger is wide and can hold a constant uniform temperature from corner to corner without a single cold spot. Your burgers, pancakes, and Philly cheese steaks will show a remarkable consistency when cooked over this griddle plate.
The HDG-36-M Southbend Griddle runs off either natural gas or liquid propane at 60K BTU. This uptake provides the optimal energy-efficiency for the heavy-duty power that this griddle provides. The stainless steel front, sides, and grill plate make for an easy clean, and they reliably protect the griddle's burners from damage. This model also includes tall splash guards, an internal-battery-powered spark ignition, large-capacity grease drawers, and a protected flue opening. The HDG-36-M is NSF- and CSA-Approved.
