With this 72 in. natural gas griddle (conversion kit to LP available) you are provided with everything you need in a commercial griddle to supply the demands of a high volume restaurant while still being easy on your budget. Even though this model comes with manual valve controls, the 1 in. thick ultra-smooth plate steel cooking surface, evenly distributes heat making it very easy for even aninexperiencedcook to repeatedly prepare recipes that are cooked to perfection. A couple of the added safety features include a wrap around stainless steel slash guard and a grease trough that comes with a stainless steel drawer both of which are designed to prevent accidental ignition of the grease and once it has been used, to remove and store it in a safe place.
