This Silverline spiral mixer is the perfect addition to any high volume bakery that needs to churn out a massive amount of dough in a very short amount of time. The included stainless steel bowl has a 550 lb. capacity and only requires one person to transport the dough to the next station. The mixer also has several features that protect the dough while it is mixing, such as the swing open bowl guard which prevents anything fromaccidentally falling into the mixer.
