There's not very much required for you to add Halo Heat's superior ability to retain the goodness of your foods to your serving experience. All you need is a self-service counter with a sneeze guard and an overhead light, or a prep table where you're plating hot foods. The stainless steel electric drop-in Halo Heat Hot Food Well Unit can be used in either of those situations. This 4 inch deep unit holds three 12 inch x 20 inch full size pans, which aren't included. It's thermostatically controlled, and has a setting range of 1 to 10, with a heat indicator light. The control is attached to the well by water-resistant 36 inch tether, and can be flush-mounted to a counter-top. No water is added to the well, so steam burns never happen, lime and scale don't build up, and no drain is necessary. It's made with EcoSmart's attention to the quality of your foods and the health of our planet at its heart.
