Even if space is tight, you still want a heated display that works well and enhances your dining room. That's why you want the counter-top Halo Heat Display Case. This 4 foot long self-service model has ample space fro 3 full-size pans, or a combination of pan and sheet pan sizes. A pan insert with grids comes standard with the case. The interior is stainless steel, and the exterior is painted black, so that it's classic look will compliment any decor. A curved glass front raises to a right angle for cleaning and is edged by a rubber gasket for its own protection. The front-mounted heat guard is there for the comfort of your customers. Six coated shatter proof bulbs in two overhead lighting zones brighten your case. Each zone has its own power switch. Since no water is added to the case, condensation isn't promoted. Radiating smoothly from the bottom of the case from two heating zones, Halo Heat wraps your cooking in motionless warmth to protect it from the modifications which are caused by moving air. The heating zones are each thermostatically controlled, with setting ranges from 1 to 10 and separate heat indicator lights. Behind the case you'll find a sliding glass door which permits stocking, serving and cleaning. The interior of the door is mirrored to give a reflection of the other side of your cooking. Four inch legs support the unit. EcoSmart technology drives the design of this line, so it's both efficient and safer for the environment.
