The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is a robust and versatile solution for commercial kitchens, offering powerful performance and durability. This 36” wide gas range features a 37” high cooking top, designed to provide ample space for cooking and accommodate high-volume demands. Its 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides ensure both strength and ease of maintenance, making it perfect for demanding kitchen environments. Additionally, it includes a front-located manual gas shut-off, providing quick access for safety, and a factory-installed regulator for consistent performance.
The range includes battery spark ignition for the oven bases, ensuring reliable and quick lighting. For added flexibility, the range can be equipped with a 36” griddle top made of 1/2″ thick cold-rolled steel for efficient heat distribution. The griddle is available with either manual or thermostatically controlled options, allowing you to choose the most convenient heating method for your cooking needs.
