The high performance of an electric Combitherm CombiOven is available in a space-efficient countertop model. This model is built with an 18 gauge stainless steel exterior and a 20 gauge stainless steel interior. There are two stainless wire shelves which hold 8 half size sheet pans or 4 full size hotel pans. There's a positive action door handle and a built-in drip tray. This unit is a boiler-free product, which lessens maintenance, chemical and labor costs, and down time. The cooking modes are steam, convection and combination, and there's a cool down feature as well. The total temperature range of the oven is 85-485F, with the convection mode covering the entire range. The steam mode maximizes at 250F, and the combination mode's minimum temperature is 212F. Options available with this oven are a probe for cooking meats to a safe internal temperature and the CombiClean self-cleaning mode. Because it's built from EcoSmart technology, it's frugal with its use of electricity.
