Alto-Shaam HSM-48/5S/T - Hot Food Merchandiser w/5 Heated Shelves

If your convenience store, grocery store or supermarket serves hot, pre-packaged meals, the Halo Heat Hot Food Merchandiser offers a terrific way to keep them in their best condition while allowing customers speedy access to their meal. It's a 5 shelf model, with the top 4 shelves angled for better visibility and a flat bottom shelf. Each of these shelves holds 10 chicken boats with domed covers, for a total of 50 chicken boats or 150 lbs. capacity. The shelves are all made of thermal kinetic glass, which simply means they're heated. Halo Heat rises from each shelf to retain the goodness of your foods, and they are all individually thermostatically controlled, with a setting range of 1 to 10, a heat indicator light, and a front-mounted heat guard. Two fluorescent warming lights are situated over every shelf. The case itself is built of stainless steel, with black laminate end panels to compliment any venue. Bronze glass side panels "bounce" heat back into the case and reflect a view of your fare. The case rests on 3 inch casters with brakes. Designed following the principles of EcoSmart technology, the case expends energy cautiously, and is conservative with energy, time, space, your bottom line, and the planet.
