This model features four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grates capable of supporting stock pots up to 14 inches in diameterperfect for high-volume cooking and boiling. Safety and convenience are prioritized with two front-located manual gas shut-off valves, while a factory-installed regulator ensures steady and consistent gas pressure. Open top burners operate using a standing pilot ignition system, and the oven bases feature battery spark ignition for easy and dependable lighting.
