Measuring 48-5/8" in width with a 37" high cooking surface, this range offers ample space for efficient and versatile cooking. Constructed with durable stainless steel on the front and sides and a 4" stainless steel front rail, it is designed for easy cleaning and long-lasting durability. The range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off valve and a factory-installed gas regulator, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
This range is equipped with eight powerful 33,000 BTU NAT star burners made of heavy-duty cast iron, providing even flame distribution for consistent and efficient cooking. The specialized port arrangement on the burners ensures optimal heat distribution, making it perfect for saute9ing, searing, and high-volume cooking.
