Ingredients:
- 6 to 8 apples
- Cinnamon or cinnamon and sugar mix
- Parchment paper
Directions:
- Cut the apples into rings with a serrated knife by slicing the apple sideways. Try to make the ring slices relatively thin as the thicker they are, the longer they will take to bake and the less crunchy they will turn out.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out the apple rings. Sprinkle with cinnamon or a mix of cinnamon and sugar for light flavoring.
- Bake in the oven at 200°F for at least two hours or until the apples have reached your desired level of crispiness.
- Let cool before eating.
