This icing (and a little orange food coloring) will go great on your Black Cake (or any other cake, for that matter) for your Halloween Celebration!

CREAM CHEESE ICING

INGREDIENTS:

•1/2 Cup unsalted butter, melted
•1 8 Ounce package cream cheese, softened
•1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
•1 1 Pound box confectioners sugar
•Orange food coloring

PROCEDURE:

•Combine butter and cream cheese, stir
•Add vanilla and mix well
•Gradually add confectioners sugar and beat until smooth
•Add food coloring to achieve the color desired, (add by small drops, a little goes a long way)
•Spread on cooled cake.
