Teriyaki Steak ala Crock-pot
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 1/2 Pounds Boneless chuck steak
• 1 Teaspoon Ground ginger
• 2 Tablespoons Oil
• 1 Tablespoon Sugar
• 1/2 Cup Soy sauce
• 1 Garlic clove -- crushed
PROCEDURE:
• Cut steak into 1/8" thick slices, combine remaining ingredients in small bowl.
• Put sliced beef into crock-pot and pour sauce over.
• Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
• Serve with your favorite stir fry veggies & rice or noodles.
