We recently extended congratulations to Wesley Jordan (younger brother of one of our valued sales representatives, Jordana) for his inclusion in South Carolina's annual North-South All-Star football game. Now, Wesley is due for more congratulations, as he has recently been awarded a full athletic scholarship to Newberry College. Wesley signed his national letter of intent to play football at Newberry on Wednesday, February 6th.
Wesley had received several offers from other area schools such as Appalachian State and Coastal Carolina, but decided that the coaches, players, and athletic environment at Newberry was the best fit for him. He hopes to continue on to play both football and basketball for Newberry, although right now he is focusing primarily on his burgeoning football career.
So congratulations to Wesley from everyone here at J.E.S. Restaurant Equipment! We all know that he will go far in life!
