Now Ya Cookin'

My family was down for the weekend and this is what I served for brunch, so good and so easy!
SPINACH & BACON QUICHE
Serves:
8 Difficulty Level: 1 (of 5) Prep Time: 15 Minutes Ready In: 1 Hour
INGREDIENTS:
•6 large eggs, beaten
•1 1/2 cups heavy cream
•Salt and pepper (remember the bacon will contain salt)
•1 ½ cups chopped fresh baby spinach, packed
•1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled (preferably Applewood)
•1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
•1 (9-inch) deep dish frozen pie crust
•1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
PROCEDURE:
•Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
•Rub bottom of crust with butter
•Combine the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper in a food processor or blender.
•Layer the cheese, spinach and bacon in the bottom of the pie crust
•Pour the egg mixture on top. (Pour slowly)
•Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the egg mixture is set.
•Cut into 8 wedges.
