Yesterday afternoon we were lucky to be joined by Moffat's Executive Chef Peter Carroll and Adam from Empire to showcase the awesome power of the Turbofan Convection Oven Systems. With a single oven, Chef Carroll was able to turn out some of the best food our sales team has had, in just a short amount of time.
