The chilly months of winter are finally behind us. Now that the weather is warming up and people are beginning to venture back outdoors, restaurants everywhere are gearing up for an increase in hungry customers. As a result, we've really been seeing a lot of sales of some of our bigger items for the past several weeks. Ice machines, refrigeration units, and grills (especially Holland Grills) have been figuratively flying off the shelves for the past several weeks as home chefs get ready to entertain and restaurants start preparing for larger crowds.
Yesterday was a particularly huge sales day for JES, and owners Eric and Vivian decided to treat the sales team to some fresh, locally-made cinnamon buns this morning as congratulations for a job well done. Hopefully our busy season will last longer than the cinnamon buns did!
