Last week, we shared some fun cocktails to punch up your summer. Below are a few mocktail recipes that are still colorful and fun but also kid friendly. 

Nonalcoholic Watermelon Mojito 

Ingredients
  • 4 cups watermelon chunks
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Lemon slices
  • Mint leaves
Directions:
  1. Place the watermelon chunks into a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Extract the juice using a strainer and discard any seeds. 
  3. Place the mint leaves in the bottom of a pitcher. 
  4. Add the watermelon puree, sugar, ice, sparkling water, and lemon slices.
  5. Stir gently until the sugar has dissolved. 
  6. Serve immediately.

Cactus Cooler (serves 6)

Ingredients
  • 4 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • Grenadine, for taste
  • Citrus wedges, for optional garnish
Directions:
  1. In a pitcher, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, and pineapple juice. 
  2. Fill glasses with ice and add a little grenadine to each glass. 
  3. Add the juice mixture to each glass and top with garnish if desired. 

Nonalcoholic Sparkling Peach Sangria (serves 6)

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups peaches, sliced
  • 3 cups sparkling water
  • 3 cups lemonade
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
Directions: 
  1. Pour the lemonade, sparkling water, and simple syrup into a pitcher, stirring well to combine. 
  2. Add the fruit and mint leaves and fill the pitcher the rest of the way to the top with ice. 
  3. Serve immediately.
