Our Phone Sales Team will be unavailable today in observance of Labor Day.

We’re proud to introduce the newest member of the Holland Grill line, the Vintage Grill , It has all the features you love in Holland Grills, and they’ve added two large tires, along with two casters, rather than 4 casters, to make it more easily mobile.  This change is getting terrific customer reviews, but there’s more to love about Holland Grills

Tell the truth, how are you at grilling? Have you cremated more than your share of burgers? Do people politely push your chicken aside because the light meat’s dry and the dark meat is sun burned rather than cooked? One of our customers admitted that he was “grill challenged” and when building his outside kitchen requested “a grill that cooks for me.” In helping him design his backyard utopia, our sales team placed a Holland Grill squarely in the middle.

Holland grills are built based on the mantra that “slow and low” makes for the juiciest, tastiest meats. The average cooking temperature on a Holland Grill is 400F, but 800F is more typical. Simple science…if you’re cooking meat, which has fat, at 800F, there’s a good chance you’re going to start a fire and a great chance you’re going to burn dinner. Hence the griller, in any weather, perched near the grill, carefully tending his burnt offerings. With Holland Grills, arrange the meats, close the lid, and return later. Cooking takes longer, but better meals are worth the wait.

Suppose you want your steak seared.  One of Holland’s many accessories is the SearMate , which mounts to the side of your grill.  If you like your steak rare, searing is enough.  If not, sear it to hold in the juices and then toss it onto the grill to finish cooking to perfection.  If it’s a thick steak, and you’re one of us who want it well-done, you might need 10 to 12 minutes per side to complete cooking.  It’s faster for you more aggressive carnivores.

Anything you can bake in an oven can be grilled on a Holland Grill . Biscuits, apple pies, pizzas, or even cookies on a ceramic cooking stone, can all be grilled.  Holland added a smoker so you don’t have to lose that smoky taste you got from charcoal or wood chips.  Think about that for a minute. ..smoky chocolate chip cookies.  That ought to stir something in your soul!
